About
The startup merch drop radar.
SwagHunt tracks startup merch drops as they land: what dropped, who made it, where to get it, and how much talk it's getting on X.
What we show
Merch from startups: tees, hoodies, caps, stickers, collabs and the odd surprise. Every drop links to its original source, and images load from there too. We don't sell anything, and we're not affiliated with the brands shown.
How Heat works
Heat is a 0–100 score built only from real numbers on the drop's X post: likes, reposts and views.
engagement = likes + 3 × reposts + views ÷ 100
heat = round(100 × log10(1 + engagement) ÷ log10(1 + top engagement))
Reposts count three times because they carry a drop further; views count for little because they're cheap. The log scale keeps one viral post from flattening everything else. Heat is relative: 100 is the drop with the most engagement currently on the radar, and scores move as the numbers change. A drop with no X numbers gets no Heat score at all; we never estimate one.
Statuses
Live: available at the source when we last checked. Upcoming: announced but not out yet. Sold out: gone at the source (marked * when inferred rather than confirmed). Event only: handed out at an event or to a team, not sold. Statuses reflect our last check; the source is always the final word.
Dates
"Found" is the day the radar spotted a drop, not its release date. Release and event dates appear only when confirmed.
